Ceramic Magnetics is a fully integrated manufacturer with both NiZn and MnZn powder processing. Ferrite cores can be manufactured using high volume presses for smaller shapes. Larger shapes can be pressed using 100 ton presses or isostatic pressing. Precision grinding and machining offer tolerances as close as .0001". Our engineering and manufacturing capabilities enable us to develop proof of concept prototypes and then seamlessly ramp to full scale production quantities.
